PLASTICIZED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION OF GOOD FLEXIBILITY

A thermoplastic resin composition which has high plasticization effect and excellent flexibility. It comprises a polymer and a thermoplastic resin. The polymer comprises at least 20 wt.% of at least one monomer unit represented by any of the following formulae (1) to (4) and up to 80 wt%. of another monomer unit. The resin may be a polymethyl methacrylate resin, poly(vinyl chloride) resin, ABS resin, etc. CH2=CHCOO(CH2CH2O)m-R CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2CH2O)m-R CH2=CHCOO(CH2C(CH3)HO)m-R CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2C(CH3)HO)m-R In the chemical formulae (1) to (4), m is 1, 2 or 3 and R represents hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl.
