The control system consists of a two parts behind each other over which the slipstream flows. These two parts are connected to each other in such a manner that they can turn with each other round an axis which is perpendicular to the direction of the slipstream. They may be arranged so that when one of them turns in one direction, the other turns in the opposite direction.
