The stomach muscle trainer comprises a base (10) with front and back U-shaped frames (11,12) fixed rotatable together and with two expanding rods (40) fixed at the sides of the base to spread out the base in stable position. Each expanding rod is an individual bar with two ends detachably connected to the two frames. Two spacer connectors are fixed to the articulated joints of the two frames and each has a fixed end firmly attached to the rear frame and a rotatable end rotatably fixed on the front frame. A bending seat (20) is fixed rotatable to the base and several elastic cables (30) fixed between the base and seat exert a resetting force on the seat. The seat comprises an upper and lower U-shaped frame with balance rail (23) and two triple-ended connectors (24).
