PURPOSE:To realize long term use of a corrugated conduit pipe by abutting the opening of the male/female coupler of a protective tube against a wedge body and then pressing a tubular body from the peripheral direction thereby fitting the wedge body in a wedge containing part. CONSTITUTION:The protective tube 1 is wound around a corrugated conduit pipe at the part rising above the ground such that the lower end is partially embedded in the ground at the time of use and the opening 24 of male/female coupler 2, 3 abuts against a wedge body 33. Since the wedge body 33 is thicker than the projecting part 31 and wider than the opening 24, is can be fitted in a wedge containing part 21 when a tubular body 11 is pressed from the peripheral direction. The protective tube 1 is embedded, at the lower end part in the ground and stabilized thus surrounding the rising part of the corrugated pipe and protecting the corrugated pipe. Consequently, the corrugated conduit pipe can be used for a long term without causing any damage at the rising part. |
