PURPOSE: A system and a method for a lottery service of a variable wining probability using a game on the Internet are provided to offer a high winning probability and an interest to a customer, and offer the lottery service discriminated from the current lottery service by adjusting the winning probability through game participation. CONSTITUTION: A buying information input tool(121) receives a sort and a quantity of the lottery from the customer by connecting to customer computers(101-1¯101-n). A settlement tool(127) provides a settlement method depending on the information received from a lottery information fixing tool(122). A lottery generating tool(123) generates the lottery and the cyber lottery depending on the settlement of the customer. A game providing tool(124) makes the customer join in the game by using the cyber lottery. A cyber lottery distributing tool(125) redistributes the cyber lottery to the customer depending on a game result. A prize giving tool(126) fixes a winner depending on a lottery drawing result and the game result, and gives prize to the winner.
