APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY TAPING FILAMENT ON VARIABLE END PART OF COIL OUTER DIAMETER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically taping filament on variable end part of coil outer diameter is provided in which workers need not do manual work additionally to treat the end part of the coil outer diameter so that danger of safety accident is removed, work convenience is improved, and productivity is improved. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a base frame(100) arranged adjacently to coil; a moving frame(110) arranged on the base frame in such a way that the moving frame is slid by a back and forth moving cylinder(120); an operating frame(130) rotationally axially installed at an upper part of the moving frame; a liftable and lowerable cylinder(150) comprising cylinder rod(152) fixed onto the bottom surface of an inner part of the base frame and connected to the lower surface of the operating frame by passing through the moving frame; a main body(200) fixed to an upper part of the operating frame; a taping roll(230) elastically movably fixed to the front end surface of the main body; fixed blade and moving blade installed on the front end surface of the main body; a reel rotationally fixed to both inner walls in rear of the main body; a feeding roll installed in such a way that the feeding roll is fixed to both inner walls in front of the main body adjacently to the fixed and moving blades and rotated by a driving body; and a filament arranged in such a way that the filament is coiled on the reel and extracted from the reel so that the filament is contacted with the outer circumferential surface of taping roll(230) via the feeding roll and the fixed and moving blades.
