PURPOSE: A system for the group buying payment using a credit card equipped with a group buying key and a service method thereof are provided to realize the group buying on the offline by enabling a user to buy goods at a discounted group buying price when the user pays the goods with the credit card equipped with the information for the group buying promoted on the wire/wireless Internet. CONSTITUTION: A group buying web server(115) performs the group buying on the wire/wireless Internet and generates the group buying information. A client(140) applies for the group buying on the web server. A group buying key providing server(105) generates the group buying key by receiving the group buying information generated from the web server. The credit card(100) receives/stores the group buying key from the group buying key providing server. A credit card settlement terminal(135) extracts the group buying key from the credit card.
