APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DRAIN OF FILTER IN WASTEWATER FILTRATION TANK

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preventing drain of filtering material in wastewater filtration tank by providing a cover of a branch pipe in a wastewater filtration tank to close the branch pipe during filter regeneration. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cover(10) having the same feature with a branch pipe(6) and being installed on top of the branch pipe(6); an upside down "U"-shape guide bar(14) penetrating the cover(10) and fixed on top of the guide bar(14); a wire rope(13) penetrating the center of the guide bar(14) and fixed to the center of the cover(10) at one end; and a cover opening and closing unit(11) with a cylinder load fixing the other end of the wire rope(13) and having a compression spring therein and a cylinder main body having a piston therein and being connected to an air supply pipe(5) of a filtration tank, wherein the cover(10) closes an upper portion of the branch pipe(6) when air is injected into a wastewater filtration tank to wash filters in the tank, thereby preventing drain of filtering material.
