PURPOSE: A method for displaying advertisement on a mobile terminal and a recording medium having an advertisement display program are provided to make an advertisement for every person and remind consumers of products of advertiser. CONSTITUTION: When an advertisement display menu is selected(202), a time menu, an advertisement menu or time menu mixed menu are displayed(204). When a user selects the time menu(206), a menu for selecting a watch is displayed and a desired watch is selected(208). The set item is stored in a RAM and displayed on an LCD, and sound effect corresponding to the type of the watch is outputted through a speaker. When the advertisement menu is selected(212), a type of advertisements is displayed. When the user selects a desired advertisement(214), a set item is stored in the RAM(230). The selected advertisement is displayed on the LCD and sound effect corresponding to each advertisement is outputted through the speaker.
