PURPOSE: A voice message output device of a vehicle is provided to adhere easily a main body to a particular position of the vehicle by using an adhesive tape formed on a bottom part of a support plate. CONSTITUTION: A switch input part(10) includes a power on/off switch(11) and a recording switch(12) for inputting a recording command. A sensor(20) senses movement of persons and outputs an operation start signal. A microphone(50) is used for receiving a user's voice message according to an operation of the recording switch. A controller(30) stores the voice message into a memory(80) and outputs the voice message of the memory to a speaker(60) according to the operation start signal. A battery(40) is used for supplying the power to each part. The controller is installed in an inside of a main body. A picture frame, the switch input part, the microphone, and the speaker are arranged in front of the main body. A support plate is used for supporting the main body.
