AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM OF AUTO BALLER REWINDING ROLL FOR REMOVING TRIMMED CHIP FROM COLD ROLLED STRIP SIDE

摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic speed control system of auto baller rewinding roll for removing trimmed chip from cold rolled strip side is provided to automatically control speed of the auto baller rewinding roll to the optimum speed so that chip is not cut or get tangled. CONSTITUTION: The automatic speed control system comprises light emitting sensor and light receiving sensor installed with being oppositely directed to each other at an inlet side of a loading housing guide for guiding chips generated by trimming both sides of cold rolled strip so that the light emitting sensor and light receiving sensor monitor the amount of chips proceeded; bearings symmetrically mounted on shaft both sides of a pressure sensing roll(32); bearing guides(35a,35b) mounted on the upper surface of the respective bearings; a sensor bar(37) attached to a proper position of the bearing guides and mounted on an inner part of respective bearing blocks(33a,33b); a spring(40) installed inside the bearing blocks through spring fixture(38); and sensors(36a,36b,36c,36d) vertically mounted at one side of the respective bearing blocks.
