PURPOSE: A fixing device of a spare tire is provided to easily separate and fix the spare tire by inserting a fixing frame inside a rim of the spare tire after installing a lower frame under a loading portion of the spare tire and fixing the fixing frame in the upper part of the lower frame. CONSTITUTION: A lower frame(10) is installed in a spare tire(1) by forming in a square shape. A tire fixing frame(20) is installed in the upper center part of the lower frame by forming in a cross shape. Legs(30) connect the lower frame with the tire fixing frame by folding in each ends of the tire fixing frames vertically.
