PURPOSE: An electric two wire ballast for fluorescent lamp is provided to protect a main current generator, detect a disconnecting state of a fluorescent lamp, and restrict an accumulating phenomenon by using a TRIAC circuit. CONSTITUTION: A two-wire electronic fluorescent lamp includes a power circuit, a flip-flop circuit, and a power-on/off circuit. The power circuit(C) is used for receiving AC commercial power and outputting DC power. The flip-flop circuit(B) is used for receiving the DC power from the power circuit and switching the ripple current and pulses. The power-on/off circuit(A) is used for turning on or turning off stably a lamp by using an oscillation frequency of the flip-flop circuit.
