PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the seat belt installing performance by latching at least a long-size seat belt part of each seat belt part with a back rest part of a seat. SOLUTION: A lock tool 29 for latching a long-size seat belt part 26 is provided in a bracket 20 for fitting an arm rest 21 at a left side of a back rest part 19. With this structure, a driver can easily operate the lock tool 29 while sitting on a seat part 18. Slip-down of the seat belt part 26 from the seat part 18 onto the floor plate is prevented by latching the seat belt part 26 with the lock tool 29. Furthermore, since the lock tool 29 is provided at a position lower than the arm rest 21, convenience of using the lock tool 29 is improved. |
