PINCH ROLLER ASSEMBLY OF TAPE RECORDER AND INSTALLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pinch roller assembly of a tape recorder and an installing method thereof are provided to enhance work convenience, shorten an assembling time, and save the expense for mass-production by automatically supporting the pinch roller assembly with a torsion spring if the pinch roller assembly is merely inserted into a main chassis. CONSTITUTION: A main chassis(31) is equipped with a pole base assembly(34) and a magnetic tape guider drawing/guiding a magnetic tape to a head drum(1). The magnetic tape guider is equipped with a capstan shaft(35), a pinch roller unit(40), and a review arm assembly(38). The pinch roller unit closely adheres the magnetic tape to the capstan shaft. The review arm assembly applies a constant tension to the magnetic tape. The torsion spring(36) is inserted into a fixed shaft on the main chassis, and both ends of the torsion spring are supported by the main chassis and the pinch roller unit. As one end of the torsion spring supports the main chassis by making other end support a pressing lever(42), the recovery force for returning to an initial state is given to the pinch roller unit when the magnetic tape is unloaded.
