RENTAL SYSTEM TARGETING ON APARTMENT BASED ON NETWORK AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rental system targeting on an apartment based on the network and a method thereof are provided to rent a desired rental article by making a user consider the rental shops in a predetermined distance from the apartment as one integrated rental shop. CONSTITUTION: The first order managing module(440) judges that the rental article can be rented to the user in a desired time if the user inputs rental order information, and transmits a result to a user terminal. In case that the rental article can be rented in the desired time, the first rental managing module(450) manages the standby information if the standby information is generated by the user after transmitting the standby information to the user terminal. A user interface module provides the user terminal with a homepage including the available rental article information and the link information of the rental shops.
