PURPOSE: A heat insulation apparatus having pressure control valve for torpedo ladle car is provided to prevent heat inside torpedo ladle car from radiating and prevent pressure inside the torpedo ladle car from increasing to a certain pressure or more. CONSTITUTION: In a torpedo ladle car for transporting hot metal tapped from blast furnace, the heat insulation apparatus comprises a driving part comprising a rotation plate base(100) installed at an upper part of bogie frame of the torpedo ladle car, a rotation plate(110) which is rotationally inserted into the rotation plate base, and on which an outer circumferential surface gear is formed, and a geared motor(120) for transmitting power to the rotation plate; a frame part comprising a lower frame(200) fixed onto the upper surface of the rotation plate, a central frame(210) connected to the lower frame by hinge, a transfer frame(300) which is connected to the central frame by hinge, and in which cylinder(311) is installed, cylinders(211,310) both ends of which are connected to a certain position of the respective frames by hinge to adjust position of the lower frame, central frame and transfer frame, and a clamp(340) connected to block(330) fixed to an end part of the cylinder(320) and operated by clamp operating cylinder; and a heat insulating device part comprising a hot metal receiving port cover(400) on the upper surface of which hot metal receiving port cover central shaft is projected to clamp so that the hot metal receiving port cover covers hot metal receiving port of the torpedo ladle car.
