PURPOSE: A real-time data conversion method for viewing an attached file on the web is provided to view the attached file without installing other program when a user merely views the attached file in a different format. CONSTITUTION: When the file is received from a server, it is judged that the file is a file format supported from a system by seeing an extension of the file(S120). In case of the file not supported by the system, the file is temporarily stored in a temporary directory(S150). In the case that the file includes a text and the text is extracted, the text included in the file is extracted/converted into an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) file(S160). In the case that the file includes no text or no text is extracted, the file is converted into an image file by internally operating a printer spooler and storing a print DC(Device Context) as an image. The XML file and the image file are displayed through a web browser.
