PURPOSE: A hand drier is provided to make a fluid smoothly flow, to increase a discharge pressure of the fluid by delaying the discharge of the fluid in the beginning of operation, and to supply a hot wind evenly mixed with heat of an heater. CONSTITUTION: The hand drier comprises a casing being about box-shaped, a sucking fan(210) to be accommodated in the casing and to intake an outside air inside by revolution; a guide wing(310) to guide to increase pressure of the intake air from the sucking fan(210), a driving motor(400) to be driven by a supply of a power source and to provide a revolution force to the sucking fan(210) and the guide wing(310), and fluid discharging unit to discharge the air guided from the guide wing(310) outward and to delay the discharge for a determined time upon the early discharge of the intake air. The fluid discharging unit includes the driving motor(400) accommodated inside, a ventilation opening(512) through which the air guided from the guide wing(310) is discharged, an internal case(510) separated from the bottom side of the casing, and a nozzle provided to be vertically at the lower part of the casing to be separated from the ventilation opening(512) at a certain distance and accommodated with a heater.
