BAFFLE FOR HEADER PIPE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A baffle for a header pipe of a heat exchanger is provided to firmly assemble, largely improve assembling efficiency, and cut down the manufacturing cost by forming combining recessed grooves at both sides of the baffle and inserting the recessed grooves into inner sections of a cut groove of the header pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchanger comprising left and right header pipes; a plurality of tubes connecting the header pipes; cooling fins filled between the tubes; a cut groove(11) formed in the middle of the both header pipes to limit passages through the tubes; and a baffle(4) inserted into the cut groove to divide the header pipe into upper and lower parts, the baffle for the header pipe of the heat exchanger is composed of an inserted unit(41) corresponding to the inner diameter of the header pipe; an exposed unit(42) exposed at the other side; and recessed grooves(43) formed at the boundary of the inserted and exposed units and inserted with inner sections of the cut groove of the header pipe.
