PURPOSE: A form system is provided to move a form upward easily and to install a slab form simply by module. CONSTITUTION: The form system contains: a wall form module(100) composed of a wall(150) formed by connecting many panels and a working scaffold(400) formed on the upper part of the wall(150); a fixture(200) containing a spacer provided with screws and formed to have the length corresponding to the thickness of a wall, a nut fastened at both ends of the spacer, a tap bar fastened with a nut and a wing nut, and an anchor bar formed on the lower part of the spacer, and fixing the wall form module(100); and a slab form module containing an L-shaped bracket for installing a slab form installed on the hardened lower wall concrete, a truss installed to the bracket, a support fixed to the truss, a wale fixed to the support and a panel fixed to a lattice formed by the support and the wale.
