PURPOSE: Provided is a coating prevention device for a slurry pipe and a venturi scrubber which prevents lowering of the dust collecting capacity by keeping the top end part of a rotary kiln venturi scrubber damper and a dust collecting water supply pipe laying of a dust collecting water supplying pump from coating. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a water sprinkling device which sprinkles a portion of dust collecting water of a shaft kiln scrubber pond(113) to a venturi scrubber of a rotary kiln and comprises a slurry water intermediate pipe(117), a scrubber slurry water discharge pump(116), a rotary kiln dust collecting water supply pump(106), a distributing nozzle and a rotary kiln slurry water discharge pump(107); and a water-sprinkling amount controlling part which controls the sprinkling amount of the water sprinkling device and comprises a plurality of pressure transmitter sensor, a pressure transmitter, a water-sprinkling amount controlling valve(116a) and a chief controller.
