摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved luminous efficiency and light emission intensity by forming a uniform and extremely thin film on a silicon blanking. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence device including layers having patterned light emitting regions, is characterized in that one of the layers is formed by the steps of forming, on a surface of a silicon blanking(1), a deposition film made of a deposition solution(3) containing materials of the layer, pressing a relief print plate against the deposition film, transferring the deposition film in the pressed region from the silicon blanking to the relief print plate and removing the deposition film, and transferring a pattern constituted by the deposition film remaining at the surface of the silicon blanking to the surface provided with the layer. The deposition solution is supplied and deposited to the surface of the silicon blanket from the lower side of the silicon blanket through a gravure roll(2) provided with a gravure pattern.
