PURPOSE: A stopper assembly is provided to prevent falling of a carriage when a chain for lifting the carriage is cut, thereby preventing safety accident. CONSTITUTION: In a forklift having a mast assembly(10), a first lift cylinder(3), a carriage(5), and a chain(6) for moving the carriage up and down, a stopper assembly(100) is installed in the carriage to prevent the falling of the carriage when the chain is cut. A wire(200) is connected to one end of the stopper assembly, and is fixed to the chain in the other end. A guide assembly(300) is provided to guide a middle part of the wire. |
