PURPOSE: A method for preparing a lithium polymer secondary battery is provided, to minimize the interval between electrodes and a separator and to allow the stress of front face of electrode plates to be uniform, thereby improving charge/discharge lifetime. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of rotating a unit cell comprising a plurality of positive electrodes(2) and negative electrodes(3) cut in regular size and a separator(1) insulating the electrodes in a rotation axis, wherein the unit cell is wound by a separator(1) maintained by a steady tensile force and layered.
