PURPOSE: An auxiliary tension member is provided to adjust tension of a belt when a boom belt is extended, thereby preventing bending of a guiding pipe or escaping of a pulley. CONSTITUTION: A tension control device comprises a guide pipe(12), a pulley support(14), a pair of band pulley(16) fixed to the pulley support, a tension pulley(18) moving up and down along the guide pipe, and a boom belt(5) wound around the band pulley and the tension pulley. An auxiliary guide pipe(112) is installed adjacent to the guide pipe. A pair of auxiliary band pulley(116) is fixed to an auxiliary pulley support(114). An auxiliary tension pulley(118) is moved up and down along the auxiliary guide pipe. A guiding drum(190) is fixed to the pulley support. A slider(180) is installed to separate or connect selectively a fixing part of the guiding drum.
