PURPOSE: Provided is an oral care composition which comprises nanoparticulated cinnamon extract, a tocopherol derivative, coenzyme Q-10 and vitamin C as an active ingredient, Also, provided is a manufacturing method thereof. The composition has excellent prevention and treatment effects on tooth decay and periodontitis. CONSTITUTION: An oral care composition is characterized by containing 1-5.00% of lecithin, 1-20.00% of ethanol, 1-5.00% of capric/caprylic triglyceride, 1-20.00% of cinnamon extract, 1-20.00% of tocopherol acetate, 0.01-5.005 of coenzyme Q-10, 0.01-1.00% of cetyl phosphate, 0.01-1.00% of vitamin C, 0.1-0.50% of BHT and the balance of purified water.
