VECTOR FOR DETECTING ESTROGENIC COMPOUND AND DETECTION METHOD OF ESTROGENIC COMPOUND USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A vector for detecting estrogenic compound and a detection method of estrogenic compound using the same are provided, thereby screening the estrogenic compound, and measuring the activity of the estrogenic compound using the vector or a transformant. CONSTITUTION: The vector pCAT-ERE119-Ad2MLP or pDs-CAT-ERE119-Ad2MLP for detecting estrogenic compound comprises (a) Ad2MLP(adenovirus-2 major later promoter); (b) estrogen response element; and (c) CAT gene. A transformant MCF7/pDs-CAT-ERE119-Ad2MLP (KCTC 10364BP) produced with the vector is provided, wherein the transformant is animal cells, plant cells, E. coli, yeast or fungi. The method for detecting the estrogenic compound comprises the steps of: (a) treating the transformant with a sample; and (b) measuring the expression of CAT gene to determine whether the sample contains the estrogen activity.
