PURPOSE: Provided is an environmental-friendly lead-free epichlorohydrin rubber composition, which has excellent shelf-life, storage stability and processability with maintaining mechanical properties and aging property. CONSTITUTION: The lead-free epichlorohydrin rubber composition comprises a triazine-based main crosslinking agent, a phosphorus-based secondary crosslinking agent, and a crosslinking retardant selected from the group consisting of thiophthalimides, sulfonamide derivatives and benzoic acid. Particularly, the triazine-based main crosslinking agent is 2,4,6-trimercapto-S-triazine, and the phosphorus-based secondary crosslinking agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dithiophosphates, dialkyl-dithiophosphates, amine dialkyl-dithiophosphates, and metal salts thereof. |
