METHOD FOR CLEANING WASHING TUB IN DRUM WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A cleaning method of a washing tub in a drum washing machine is provided to improve the cleaning efficiency by measuring the solidity of cleaning water and cleaning according to a cleaning condition such as heating time of cleaning water and cleaning time. CONSTITUTION: Cleaning water of a first set water level is supplied by switching on a water supply valve for a rough washing detergent inlet. The solidity of the cleaning water is measured. Cleaning water of a second set water level is additionally supplied by switching on a water supply valve for a main washing inlet. A water temperature of the cleaning water is measured after finishing the additional supply of cleaning water. A washing tub is cleaned according to a cleaning condition to be decided according to the solidity and the water temperature. Thereby, the cleaning efficiency is maximized.
