PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a download-type voice message is provided to convert an advertisement or a voice message into a minimized file capable of being downloaded like a phone bell sound or a melody, thereby enabling a user to frequently confirm contents of the message. CONSTITUTION: A voice message inputted through a terminal is transmitted to a system, and the system records the transmitted voice message. The system converts size of the received voice message into a minimal file, and stores the converted minimal file in a database. The system informs other terminal that the voice message is received, and confirms whether to download the voice message. If the other terminal selects to download the voice message, the system transmits the voice message file to the other terminal. |
