PURPOSE: A system for supplying a receiver home page in a call waiting or a call connecting state of a mobile phone and a receiver home page supplying method using the same are provided to display image information of a receiver on a display of a mobile phone in a call waiting state of the mobile phone, so that a user can intimately make a call with other party. CONSTITUTION: An image information management system(20) comprises as follows. A home page manufacturing server(23) supplies basic data and a tool for manufacturing, editing, and deleting a home page that can directly express an image. A home page storage(21) stores a changed home page. A home page supplying server(22) manages the stored home page, and transmits a predetermined home page to an originating terminal(11) at the request of the home page storage(21). The home page supplying server(22) transmits the home page to a receiving exchange(15) when a home page transmission request is received from the receiving exchange(15). The receiving exchange(15) transmits the home page to the originating terminal(11).
