APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SCRATCH USING THREE-AXIS FORCE SENSOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring scratch using a three-axis force sensor is provided to more exactly and easily detect various measurement values by using a sensor capable of measuring force components in three directions at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring scratch using a three-axis force sensor includes a 3-axis force sensor(31), a housing(31), a probe(33), a spring(34), and a tip(36). The 3-axis force sensor is fixed to a lower side of a conveyer(21). The housing(31) has a cylinder-type sleeve, and is fixed to a lower side of the 3-axis force sensor. The probe(33) has an upper part thereof inserted into the inside of the sleeve. The spring(34) elastically supports an upper end of the probe(33). Also, the spring(34) is installed in the inside of a sleeve(320).
