PURPOSE: A high concentration organic waste water purifying microorganism agent and a production method thereof are provided, thereby economically and effectively decomposing various substrates, and improves sludge sedimentation in a final precipitation tank. CONSTITUTION: The high concentration organic waste water purifying microorganism agent comprises Bacillus sp. AIV19(KCCM 10334), Bacillus sp. LC09(KCCM 10335) and Brevundomonas sp. PB07(KCCM 10336), wherein the microorganism agent further comprises Flavimonas sp. LA7, Bacillus subtilis(KCTC 2210), Bacillus sp.(KCTC 1730) and Rhodobacter capsulatus(KCTC 2583); and the microorganism agent further comprises at least one selected from chitosan, glycerol, saponin, silica, chaff and zeolite. The method for producing the high concentration organic waste water purifying microorganism agent comprises the steps of: culturing Bacillus sp. AIV19(KCCM 10334), Bacillus sp. LC09(KCCM 10335), Brevundomonas sp. PB07(KCCM 10336), Flavimonas sp. LA7, Bacillus subtilis(KCTC 2210) and Bacillus sp.(KCTC 1730) in LB medium; inserting the cultured medium in a solution containing 50 mM phosphate buffer solution, glucose, ammonium sulfate, starch, peptone, glycerol, oil, surfactant in distilled water, sterilizing the mixed solution, and adding trace elements and vitamin into the mixed solution; and mixing the mixed solution with the Rhodobacter capsulatus(KCTC 2583) cultured medium in a volume ratio of 1:2 to 3:1.
