PURPOSE: A rear suspension for a vehicle is provided to stabilize the vehicle body by adjusting the wheel alignment against lateral and horizontal force with additionally mounting the link mechanism for supporting by connecting the vehicle body and the torsion beam axle. CONSTITUTION: The rear suspension comprises left and right trailing arms(10) longitudinally arranged in the vehicle body; a torsion beam axle(12) arranged laterally in the vehicle body to connecting the trailing arms; a suspension spring(14) and a shock absorber(16) installed vertically to the trailing arm; and a link mechanism(22) having a first link(22a) installed between the upper part of the torsion beam axle and the lower part of the vehicle body and turned by a mounting bush(24), and a second link(22b) combined with the first link by a pin and pivotally supported in the upper part of the torsion beam axle by the mounting bush. A mounting bracket(26) is fixed between the upper part of the torsion beam axle and the lower part of the vehicle body to support the mounting bush.
