STYRENE-BASED THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED WEATHER RESISTANCE AND HEAT RESISTANCE AND MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer composition and a molded product using the composition are provided, to improve weather resistance, heat resistance and process stability and to minimize the amount of a hydrogenated styrene-based block copolymer used. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by a styrene-based block copolymer comprising 40-90 wt% of a hydrogenated styrene-based block copolymer and 10-60 wt% of an unhydrogenated diene-based block copolymer; 50-160 parts by weight of a polyolefin-based resin; 50-200 parts by weight of oil; and other additives. Preferably the hydrogenated styrene-based block copolymer is a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, a styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer or a styrene-butadiene-butylene-styrene block copolymer; and the unhydrogenated diene-based block copolymer is a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer or a styrene-isoprene block copolymer.
