PURPOSE: Provided is a resin tower for ion exchanging which is able to detect resin filling up the inside of resin tower without separately draining water inside of the resin tower or separately disassembling a sight glass mounted on one side of the resin tower. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a tower body(120) which is filled up with a resin to react with ion in raw water to remove the ion, a distributor(121) which is installed on the upper side of the inner part of the tower body to spray water and chemicals being supplied to the inner part of the tower body, a strainer(123) which is installed on the lower side of the inner part of the tower body to strain water while supporting the resin, an air vent pipe(128) which is mounted on the upper end part of the outer part of the tower body to make the air inside of the tower body be discharged to the outside, an air vent valve(129) which is mount on the air vent pipe to open and close the air vent pipe and a plurality of pipes which is mounted on the tower body to make water and chemicals to be entered in or exited from the inner part of the tower body, wherein a resin detecting device(140) sampling the resin when opening the air vent valve is mounted on the air vent pipe.
