PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of a steamed alaska pollack which is prepared by adding a mero and a codfish to remove a fish smell and to provide high quality fish meat and a savory taste, as well as to prevent adult diseases and cancers, wherein the alaska pollack is dried into black. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a steamed alaska pollack is characteristically prepared by adding a codfish and a mero to an alaska pollack that is dried into black in a predetermined ratio, and steaming them with covering garnishes and a seasoning sauce on them. The steamed alaska pollack composition has a savory taste and contains various kinds of nutrients to prevent adult diseases, such as diabetes, arteriosclerosis and the like, as well as cancers, and remove fatigue.
