PURPOSE: Provided is a plant treating apparatus which supports both sides of a plant, peels it off and transfers the peeled plant to a collecting box, thereby completely peeling a plant in every corner of it, and performing peeling work continuously. CONSTITUTION: A plant treating apparatus is characterized by comprising a first supporting part and a second supporting part which support both lower and upper parts of a plant, such as a fruit or a vegetable and have a cutting part where the blade of a peeling knife reaches to the skin of the plant.
