PURPOSE: A system for downloading a bell sound of radio broadcasting data and a system therefor are provided to enable a wireless communication device to automatically download voice data broadcasted through a radio as a usable bell sound in real time, thereby supplying various contents to a user. CONSTITUTION: A user DB(340) determines a service which an initialization server(300) can supply to a wireless communication device(100), and stores basic information on the service. The initialization server(300) synthesizes information received from the wireless communication device(100) with system information, and initializes an Internet environment. A time server(310) adjusts time synchronization by checking time of the received information, and stores the first and second times. A channel server(320) confirms a channel of a radio broadcasting, and transmits data to the initialization server(300). A method server(330) distinguishes a method of the radio broadcasting, and transmits data. A voice storage server(410) encodes finally delivered broadcasting data, and stores the data in a voice buffer. A section setup server(400) sets a section selected by a user. A section extracting server(420) extracts set data. An edition server(430) finally processes the extracted data. A transmission server(440) transmits the processed data to the device(100). |
