PURPOSE: A hinge device of a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to open and close a terminal cover semiautomatically or manually as necessary by inserting a coupling hinge between a main body hinge and a cover part hinge. CONSTITUTION: The first hinge(110) is inserted into the first hinge housing(1b) of a terminal body(1). The second hinge(120) is inserted into the second housing(2b) of the terminal cover(2). A coupling hinge(130) coupled in mesh between the first hinge(110) and the second hinge(120). A support spring(140) supports a rear side of the second hinge(120). A position control cap is fastened to the rear side of the first hinge(110) and moves the first hinge(110), the coupling hinge(130) and the second hinge(120) in an axial direction according to the tightening degree.
