PURPOSE: An emission recirculation device and a method for preventing a valve noise of the emission recirculation device are provided to remove the valve noise. CONSTITUTION: An emission recirculation device has an EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve(10) adjusting the amount of emission recirculating into a combustion chamber. The emission recirculation device includes an engine rpm(revolutions per minutes)-sensing part(14) and a fuel injection amount-sensing part(12) to sense an emission using area; an accelerometer(18) measuring acceleration; a control valve(16) installed to an emission pipe(10') to control the amount of emission supplied to the EGR valve; an actuator(16') operating and shutting the control valve; and an electronic control unit(20) driving the actuator and shutting the control valve at a predetermined angle, to increase the opening degree of the EGR valve if the acceleration sensed by the accelerometer in the emission use area exceeds reference acceleration.
