摘要 PURPOSE: A bidirectional shift register, a driving circuit using the same, a flat-panel display device are provided to reduce a variation in a voltage level of an output signal of the bidirectional shift register between a forward pulse shift and a reverse pulse shift. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional shift register includes an output circuit having a first transistor(Tr1) having a conductive path between a first clock terminal and an output terminal and a second transistor(Tr2) having a conductive path between a power supply electrode and the output terminal, an input circuit having a third transistor(Tr3), a fourth transistor(Tr4), and a fifth transistor(Tr5), a reset circuit having a sixth transistor(Tr6), a seventh transistor(Tr7), and an eighth transistor(Tr8), and an inversion preventing circuit. The inversion preventing circuit prevents inversion of a voltage level in the control electrode of the second transistor when a voltage level of a clock signal inputted to the first clock terminal is inverted in a state where the first transistor is on and the second transistor is off.
