OSCILLATOR HAVING MULTI-STAGE INTERCONNECTED STRUCTURE BY DETERMINING DIFFERENT MODES

PURPOSE: An oscillator having a multi-stage interconnected structure is provided to guarantee stability of a desired oscillation mode and predict an oscillating operation by determining different modes and frequencies and attenuations of the different modes. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator includes a plurality of terminals(1200-120N). Each of the terminals includes an output node for forming plural output nodes(1400-140N). Each of the terminals includes a plurality of input transistors. The input transistors include three or more transistors. Each of the input transistors is used for forming a plurality of inputs(130OX-130NX). The terminals are connected to each other in order to provide a modulo N where N is total number of the terminals.
