PURPOSE: A device for reproducing interactive contents by controlling fonts in accordance with a screen aspect ratio conversion is provided to determine a pixel aspect ratio of a font by corresponding to aspect ratio information/resolution information, and to apply preprocessed font data to an aspect ratio/resolution conversion of a substantial output screen, thereby minimizing screen distortions. CONSTITUTION: An image decoder(61) decodes image data. An animation decoder(62) decodes animation data. A font decoder(63) supplies text data having a proper font according to font-related information. The font decoder(63) outputs font data by previously expanding or diminishing the font with the use of a predetermined matrix value corresponding to a screen aspect ratio of a display device(200). A markup image synthesizer(64) synthesizes outputs of the image decoder(61), the animation decoder(62), and the font decoder(63) according to layout information of markup resources, and supplies markup image sources to a graphic image converter(75) of a blender(7).
