PURPOSE: A device for removing noise of a cellular phone is provided to filter a voice signal inputted through a microphone on the basis of a frequency of a user's voice instead of filtering on the basis of voice frequencies of many people, thereby improving noise removing performance. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(1) converts a voice signal into an electric signal. A memory(2) stores a frequency of the voice signal of a user. A filter(3) sets a frequency region of the voice signal stored in the memory(2) to a cut-off frequency region when filtering the voice signal inputted through the microphone(1). An amplifier(4) amplifies the voice signal outputted from the filter(3) at predetermined level. A wireless frequency converter(5) converts the amplified voice signal of a baseband into an RF signal.
