PURPOSE: A method for offering and settling a division account is provided to make the slave clients having no credit card get/use the debit card on the Internet by making a master client receive a plurality of debit cards through the credit card of the master client. CONSTITUTION: A web server receives the account information and the slave client information from the master client(805). The web server provides the account information to a bank server of the master client. The bank server inquires the issuance of the debit card(810). The bank server provides an inquiry result to the web server(815). The web server decides the issuance of the debit card depending on the inquiry result. The web server generates the debit card information of each slave clients(840). The web server stores the debit card information in a database by linking with the account information of the master client(845).
