PURPOSE: A non-stick label invoice and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce largely a manufacturing cost by improving an outputting speed of an invoice according to a high-speed printing process. CONSTITUTION: A non-stick label invoice includes a back sheet, an intermediate sheet, a non-stick polymer layer, and a front sheet. The back sheet(50) is formed with a silicon layer(51) and a sheet of glycine paper(52). The intermediate sheet(60) is formed with a sheet of paper(61), a first adhesive layer(62), and a second adhesive layer(63). The non-stick polymer layer(80) is adhered on the second adhesive layer. The front sheet(70) is formed with a film coating material layer(72) and a printing layer(71).
