PURPOSE: A cleat is provided to allow for a mass production and achieve improved work efficiency by using a hydraulic pressure rather than a bolt when a spring is compressed. CONSTITUTION: A cleat comprises a lower cleat(1) attached on a bottom during spreading of transmission cable; an upper cleat(2) opposed to the lower cleat, and which has a spring(5) disposed in the upper cleat; a compression rod(8) for compressing the spring, and which penetrates through the spring and is inserted into the upper cleat; a hydraulic cylinder(10) for transmitting a pressure to the compression rod; a teeth portion(30) formed at the lower end of the compression rod penetrating through the lower cleat; and a teeth type pin(40) having a stopper teeth portion with a shape corresponding to the shape of the teeth portion such that the stopper teeth portion is engaged with the teeth portion of the compression rod so as to fix and support the compression rod.
