PURPOSE: A three dimensional measurement system using magnetic force and a method thereof are provided to perform a rapid measurement by using an electronic sensor, to prevent errors previously by checking all parts, and to check all important parts by installing the system during in-line process. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional measurement system using magnetic force includes a plurality of posts(21,22), a measurement sensor(23), a calculation sensor(24), a calculation and analysis unit(25), and a storage unit(26). Three dimensional measurement method using magnetic force comprises the steps of detecting magnetism, starting measurement for a measurement matter, determining whether or not data of each post are identical to data of a reference post, determining coordinates of each magnetism point if the data of each post are identical to data of the reference post, and correcting and calculating a real measurement position from the coordinates of each magnetism.
